At 9:00 on December 10, 2013, the working Group of Standardization working Group of Nanometer Energy Storage Technology of National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nanotechnology (hereinafter referred to as the working Group) held its inaugural meeting and the first work in Germany. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xiaoping, deputy secretary general of The National Technical Committee of Nanotechnology Standardization. Shen Dianhong, vice chairman of National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee, Hou Shitao, director of Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, He Xianjia, chief of Nanshan Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, Li Zhiwen, President of Shenzhen Standard Technology Research Institute, and other leaders, enterprises and research institutes related to nano energy storage attended the meeting. Professor Shen Dianhong, Director Hou Shitao and Chairman Ji Xuewen presented the letter of appointment to the members of the working group and unveiled the plaque.
SAC/TC279/WG7 is the standardization working group of nano energy storage technology, responsible for and coordinating the standardization work of nano energy storage technology nationwide. The working group is composed of 15 members: Kong Lingyong, general Manager of German Nanometer Company, Ge Guanglu, deputy director of National Nanometer Science Center, Zhou Wen, President of Shenzhen Institute of Standard Technology, Pan Feng, dean of School of Materials of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, as deputy group leader, and Wang Yuanhang, engineer, as member and secretary general. The working group is responsible for the planning of national standards for nano energy storage technology, the preparation and revision of basic standards for nano energy storage technology, methods related to nano energy storage technology, the preparation and revision of service standards, and the work related to nano energy storage technology in international standard organizations such as ISO/TC229 and IEC/TC113.
At the meeting, working group leader Kong Lingyong made a detailed report on the preparation of the working group. The participants had a detailed discussion on the draft articles of association, the framework of the working group's standard system and work plan, and determined the working priorities of the working group.
