3. Qualification requirements of tenderee

4.1 The registration shall adopt the way of public invitation for bids.

(10) The deadline for this tender is 10:30 on March 8, 2017, subject to the final time when the sealed tender is delivered to the place designated by the tenderee. The bid will be cancelled after the deadline.
